Imperium MC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and contributors to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright laws. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that meet the requirements below, and we will remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on this website in a way that constitutes infringement, you may send a written notice to our designated copyright agent (contact details below). Your notice must include the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3): (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (3) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its location on this site (URL); (4) your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If your content was removed because of a takedown notice and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to our designated copyright agent. Your counter-notice must include: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the removed material and its former location; (3) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification; (4) your name, address, and telephone number; and (5) your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial address (or any district in which Imperium MC may be found) and your agreement to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances. We also reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account at our discretion if we believe the user has violated this policy or the intellectual property rights of others.

Filing a false or bad-faith DMCA notice or counter-notice can result in legal liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Make sure your claim is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner before submitting a notice.
