PayNow Services, Inc. is the merchant of record. All payments on this site are processed by PayNow on our behalf. PayNow handles tax calculation, payment processing, chargeback disputes, and refund reviews. We deliver the digital items.

As required by the PayNow Creator Agreement, we disclose on every store page and at checkout that PayNow Services, Inc. is the merchant of record for all transactions on this site and acts on our behalf as our commercial agent for payment processing.
We display and link PayNow’s buyer-facing terms (Terms of Use, Buyer Agreement, Platform EULA) alongside our own terms so that buyers can review all applicable agreements before purchasing. The footer of every page links to the PayNow Terms of Use.
In compliance with the Creator Agreement, we list only virtual, in-game digital items. No physical items are sold. All listed items are original to Imperium MC or properly licensed, and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Purchases are fulfilled automatically via PayNow webhooks that trigger in-game delivery commands on our Minecraft server. If delivery fails, buyers can report it via Discord or through PayNow’s refund request process within the applicable window.
All store content complies with PayNow’s Content Standards. We do not post defamatory, obscene, abusive, harassing, or deceptive material. Nothing infringes on third-party IP, privacy, or publicity rights. We do not run unauthorized contests, sweepstakes, or deceptive promotions.
PayNow handles global tax calculation, collection, and remittance as the merchant of record. We provide accurate product descriptions and category information so PayNow can calculate the correct taxes for each buyer’s jurisdiction.
