PayNow Compliance

The master terms governing use of paynow.gg and the PayNow platform. Contains the mandatory arbitration provision, limitation of liability, and the 18+ age requirement that we enforce at checkout.

Governs our role as a Creator (store operator) on the PayNow platform. We comply with all obligations: accurate product descriptions, prohibited-conduct rules, content standards, deliverable fulfillment via webhook, and the requirement to disclose that PayNow is the merchant of record for every transaction.

Governs the relationship between buyers and PayNow as the merchant of record. Buyers enter a legally binding contract to pay when purchasing. Refund requests are reviewed by PayNow, and chargebacks or non-payment result in account suspension.

Licenses digital items to buyers on a non-transferable basis. Items are licensed, not sold. Covers the 14-day refund request window, AS-IS warranty disclaimer, $50 liability cap, and Pennsylvania governing law. Our store items are subject to this EULA in addition to our own EULA.

The DMCA takedown procedure for the PayNow ecosystem. We maintain our own Copyright Policy for Imperium MC content; for platform-level concerns, PayNow’s designated copyright agent handles notices.

Outlines how security researchers can responsibly report vulnerabilities in the PayNow platform. If you find a security issue in Imperium MC’s own systems, report it to us via Discord; for PayNow platform vulnerabilities, follow their responsible disclosure process.

How PayNow handles personal data collected during the payment and checkout process. Our own Privacy Policy covers data we collect directly (Discord ID, Minecraft UUID, gameplay stats); PayNow’s covers payment data on their domain.
