Store EULA

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs every purchase you make in the Imperium MC store. By buying any item you agree to this EULA, our Terms of Service, and the Minecraft EULA. If you do not agree, do not purchase from the store.

Imperium MC acknowledges and complies with the Minecraft End User License Agreement and Mojang Studios' Commercial Usage Guidelines. The store offers cosmetic items and convenience perks. We frame everything we sell as cosmetic and convenience enhancements to your experience rather than as a source of unfair competitive advantage. We do not sell anything intended to provide an unfair advantage over other players in competitive play. Perks such as sell bonuses, boosters, and auto-sell are designed as convenience features that make everyday play smoother; they are balanced and capped so the core game remains open and enjoyable for every player, including those who never purchase anything. Non-paying players can earn every gameplay-affecting perk through normal play, sell bonuses are achievable through in-game progression, boosters are time-limited and available to all players during activation, and auto-sell is a quality-of-life feature that does not generate income a free player cannot also earn. Imperium MC is an unofficial, third-party Minecraft server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Mojang AB, Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their related entities. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang AB. All Mojang and Microsoft trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of their respective owners, and any reference to them on this site or in the game is for descriptive purposes only.

Items in the store are digital goods licensed to you, not sold. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the item within Imperium MC for personal, non-commercial use. You do not receive ownership of the underlying assets, artwork, or intellectual property, which remain the property of Imperium MC and its licensors.

Items described as "Lifetime" or "permanent" are intended to last and, where applicable, carry across all eight prestige eras. However, "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Imperium MC server, not your lifetime or any fixed term. Imperium MC is a live service. We may modify, rebalance, rework, or retire specific items, features, or the server itself as the realm evolves. If the server shuts down, is sold, or is transferred, Lifetime and permanent perks end with it and are NOT refundable. The permanence of your collection depends on the continued operation of the Service, which is not guaranteed.

Because store items are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable non-waivable consumer-protection law. Filing a payment chargeback or dispute without first contacting us is a violation of these terms and will result in termination of your account. If you believe a fraudulent or erroneous charge occurred, contact us via Discord within 48 hours as described in our Refund Policy.

If your account is permanently banned or terminated for any reason, including violations of our Terms of Service, in-game rules, or the Mojang EULA, you may lose access to all purchased items with no refund. Enforcement is at the discretion of our staff and is final. Temporary suspensions typically do not remove item access for the duration of the suspension.

You must be authorized to make the payment and meet any age requirements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all purchases made on your account, including unauthorized purchases made through a compromised account. Keep your Discord and Minecraft accounts secure, we are not liable for unauthorized purchases.

We may update this EULA as the store evolves. Material changes will be announced in our Discord and reflected in the "last updated" date. Continued use of purchased items after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.

Because payments are processed by PayNow Services, Inc. as the merchant of record, your purchase is also subject to the PayNow Platform End User License Agreement. Under that agreement, items are licensed (not sold) on a non-transferable basis, AS-IS with no warranty, and PayNow's liability is capped at $50. Refund requests may be submitted to PayNow within 14 days of purchase. The full PayNow Platform EULA is linked on our PayNow Compliance page.
