Locked out or lost access? We can restore your citizen — here is what helps us verify you.
Know Your Discord
Your Discord account is the key. If you still have access to it, we can restore everything tied to your citizen.
Linked Minecraft
A linked Minecraft UUID gives us a second anchor to verify you, even if Discord access is interrupted.
Open a Recovery Ticket
Message us in Discord or email with proof of ownership. We never hand an account to anyone but its owner.

You own your data. These in-game commands let you export or erase everything we hold about your citizen — no ticket required.

Export Your Data
Download a full copy of the data we hold about your citizen — stats, balances, purchases, and cosmetics.
/datadelete
Delete Your Data
Permanently erase your account data. This cannot be undone — your rank, cosmetics, and history are gone.
Prefer to do it from the web? Full data controls arrive in the dashboard at launch. For now, run the commands in-game or message a magistrate on Discord.
