Legendary Enchants
The Ultimate, Endgame, Synergy, and OpenChants tiers — supernova, cosmic storm, singularity, ancient shard, and the final pickaxe.
Legendary enchants are the mythic-tier capstones of the entire enchant system. They sit in four specialized categories — ULTIMATE, ENDGAME, SYNERGY, and OPENCHANTS — and they are uniformly gated behind Prestige 8 and Rank 100. Every one of them is MYTHIC rarity (or scales to it), and their effects are the most powerful in the game: chain detonations that pay 100× block value, 30×30 area clears that pay all three currencies, matter-collapse procs that shower Denarius + Auctoritas + Civitas at once, and ultra-rare shards for the endgame shard shop.
This page is the complete reference for the legendary tiers. Each enchant here also has its own spotlight deep-dive (linked below) for full mechanics, cost math, and strategy. For the prestige-gated high-tier passives that are not mythic, see Prestige Enchants.
How to Read These Tables
Each row gives the Roman name, config id, max level, proc or cooldown behavior, the base Auctoritas cost for level 1, the prestige / rank gate, and the effect. All legendary enchants require Prestige 8 + Rank 100 — the maximum account progression. The base costs (200,000–500,000 tokens) and scaling multipliers (×2.5–4.0) make these the most expensive enchants in the game by orders of magnitude.
Rarity for these enchants is always MYTHIC (or LEGENDARY for the milestone variants). The plugin's rarity inference would already assign MYTHIC to anything in the ULTIMATE/COSMIC/ENDGAME categories at these costs, and several have explicit rarity: MYTHIC overrides in the config.
Endgame — Supernova & Cosmic Storm
The two ENDGAME enchants are the largest area-clears and payouts in the game. Supernova (Wrath of Mars) is a chain detonation — a 3×3 primary blast followed by a 5×5 secondary — that pays 100× block value on every fire, with a cooldown that shrinks with level (30s at level 1, down to 6s at level 5). Cosmic Storm (Fury of the Pantheon) is the ceiling: it clears a full 30×30 area (900 blocks) and pays all three currencies scaled by your prestige, on a 60-second cooldown.
| Enchant | id | Max | Proc / CD | Base cost | P / R | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wrath of Mars | supernova | 5 | Cooldown 30s/lvl | 300,000 ⛁ | 8 / 100 | Chain detonation: 3×3 primary then 5×5 secondary. Pays 100× block value. |
| Fury of the Pantheon | cosmic_storm | 5 | Cooldown 60s | 500,000 ⛁ | 8 / 100 | Clears 30×30 area and pays all currencies scaled by prestige. |
See the dedicated spotlights for full mechanics: Supernova and Cosmic Storm.
Ultimate — Singularity
Singularity (Discordia's Chaos) is the only ULTIMATE-category enchant, and it is the all-currency proc. On a 0.5%/level proc (capped at 1.5% at level 3), it "collapses matter into value": +9× block money, +500 Auctoritas, and +100 Civitas — all at once. It is the only single enchant that pays every earnable currency in a single proc, making it the centerpiece of an endgame balanced pickaxe.
| Enchant | id | Max | Proc | Base cost | P / R | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Discordia's Chaos | singularity | 3 | 0.5%/lvl (1.5%) | 200,000 ⛁ | 8 / 100 | Collapses matter: +9× block money + 500 Auctoritas + 100 Civitas. |
See the Singularity spotlight for the full breakdown of its ×3.0 cost scaling and why it is the prestige-grind accelerator.
Synergy — Concordia's Bond
Concordia's Bond is the enchant-count multiplier: it grants bonus money for every enchant you own above 2, at 5% × level per extra enchant. The fuller your pickaxe, the more this pays — it is the completionist's reward. Unlike the mythic capstones, it is available earlier (Prestige 7 / Rank 35) and is a more accessible late-game goal.
| Enchant | id | Max | Proc | Base cost | P / R | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Concordia's Bond | synergy | 25 | Passive | 40,000 ⛁ | 7 / 35 | Bonus money for every enchant owned above 2 (5% × level per extra). |
Synergy stacks with Auctoritas Master (the token equivalent) and Resonance (the prestige-tier version). Together, three "per-enchant" multipliers make a fully-loaded pickaxe exponentially more valuable than a sparse one — rewarding players who fill every slot.
OpenChants — Ancient Shard
Ancient Shard is in a category of its own (OPENCHANTS). It is the ultra-rare proc enchant: a 0.0000001%/level chance (capped at 0.0001% at level 1000) to unearth an Ancient Shard — a special item used in the /shardshop for exclusive endgame rewards. It is the rarest proc in the entire game, and the shards it produces are among the most valuable trade goods on the Auction House.
| Enchant | id | Max | Proc | Base cost | P / R | Effect |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ancient Shard | ancient_shard | 1000 | 0.0000001%/lvl | 200,000 ⛁ | 8 / 100 | Ultra-rare proc: unearths an Ancient Shard for /shardshop. |
Ancient Shard is functionally a lottery ticket. Even at level 1000 the proc chance is 0.0001% per break — one in a million. Players have mined for thousands of hours without a single shard. Treat it as a long-shot side investment, never as a primary income source.
How to Obtain Legendary Enchants
- Reach Prestige 8 + Rank 100 first. None of these enchants can be bought or even applied from books below the gate. See Prestige and Rank Roadmap.
- The
/enchantmenu — buy with Auctoritas. Costs are astronomical (200k–500k base, ×2.5–4.0 scaling). - Enchant books — the intended path for these. High-level books drop from the rarest crate tiers (Godly+) and are traded on the Auction House for billions.
- Fusing — two same-level books fused for +1 is the realistic way to reach level 5 on Supernova/Cosmic Storm, since buying levels directly is prohibitively expensive.
Cost & Rarity Notes
These are the most expensive enchants in Imperium by a wide margin. For reference, the total token cost to max each:
| Enchant | Max lvl | Base cost | Scaling | Approx. total to max |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Supernova | 5 | 300,000 | ×3.0 | ~12M tokens |
| Cosmic Storm | 5 | 500,000 | ×4.0 | ~31M tokens |
| Singularity | 3 | 200,000 | ×3.0 | ~2.6M tokens |
| Ancient Shard | 1000 | 200,000 | ×2.0 | Astronomical (effectively unmaxable) |
| Concordia's Bond | 25 | 40,000 | ×1.8 | ~94M tokens |
Because the costs are so extreme, the realistic path is book fusing: obtain a level-1 book from a Godly crate or the Auction House, then fuse two level-1 books for +1 (guaranteed through level 5), accepting the failure risk above level 5. Buying levels directly from the /enchant menu is for accounts with billions of surplus tokens.
Strategy — The Endgame Pickaxe
- Do not chase these before Prestige 8. They are unbuyable and unapplyable below the gate. Focus on Prestige Enchants first.
- Prioritize Singularity. At only 3 max levels and ~2.6M total tokens, it is the cheapest mythic and the only one that pays all three currencies. It accelerates the rest of the grind.
- Add Supernova for money throughput. The 100× block value payout on a short cooldown is the highest sustained money-per-second in the game.
- Add Cosmic Storm last. It is the most expensive but the 30×30 clear + prestige-scaled all-currency payout is the single most powerful effect in Imperium.
- Fill slots with Synergy + Resonance + Auctoritas Master. The three per-enchant multipliers make a full endgame pickaxe worth far more than the sum of its parts.
- Treat Ancient Shard as a side bet. Slot one level only — the proc is so rare that more levels barely move the needle, but the upside (a shard worth billions) is worth the single slot.
