Getting Started

Homes & Teleport

Set private /home points, /tpa to friends, /back to your death point — and why the combat tag blocks all of it.

Rome is big, the mines are deep, and your legs are only so Roman. The teleport family covers every way of not walking: private homes, player-to-player teleport requests, staff-set warps, the back button, and /spawn. One rule governs all of them: no teleporting out of a fight - a combat tag blocks every teleport command until the tag expires.

Homes

A home is a named point you set and return to. /sethome <name> plants one at your feet; /home opens the homes menu (or teleports to your only home); /home <name> goes straight to a specific one; /delhome <name> clears a slot.

  • Everyone gets 1 home by default.
  • More slots come from rank and donor permissions (imperiummc.homes.<n> and the donor tiers) - up to unlimited for staff.
  • Homes persist across sessions and are per-world - set one at your cell, one at a favorite mine mouth.

Teleport Requests (TPA)

Player-to-player teleporting is consensual, both directions:

CommandWhat it does
/tpa <player>Ask to teleport to them.
/tpahere <player>Ask them to teleport to you.
/tpacceptAccept an incoming request.
/tpdenyRefuse it.
/tpcancelWithdraw a request you sent.

There is no forced teleport between players - which also means there is no "tpa scam": check whether the request is tpa or tpahere before accepting and you always know who is moving where.

Warps, Spawn & Back

  • /warp <name> - staff-set teleport points around Rome and the mines; /warps opens the browsable menu. See Warps.
  • /mine and the mine menus - travel to the public mines. See Worlds.
  • /spawn - home to Rome, always.
  • /back - return to where you were before the last teleport, including your death point.
  • /cell home - straight to your rented cell. See Cell Rental.

Combat tag beats every teleport. If you are tagged - the indicator shows when - homes, warps, spawn, and tpas all refuse until the tag drops. Die in the PVP Mine because you could not warp out? That is the system working as designed. Plan your exits before the fight, not during.
