Cosmic Storm — known in-game as Fury of the Pantheon — is the mythic ENDGAME-category area-clear enchant. On a 60-second cooldown, it clears a 30×30 area around your break point and pays out all three currencies (Denarius, Auctoritas, Civitas) scaled by your prestige. It is, by total blocks cleared per fire, the largest single blast in Imperium.

The 30×30 Clear
Unlike most enchants that fire on a per-block proc chance, Cosmic Storm fires on a fixed 60-second cooldown. When the cooldown is ready and you break a block, Cosmic Storm triggers: a 30×30 area centered on your break point is mined (900 blocks), and you are paid Denarius, Auctoritas, and Civitas on each — all three scaled by your current prestige multiplier. The cooldown does not shrink with level; instead, higher levels raise the per-block payout multiplier.
Because the payout scales with prestige and pays all three currencies, Cosmic Storm is the only enchant that meaningfully advances your Civitas (legion beacon) balance on its own. At high prestige it is a one-fire legion-funding event.
How to Obtain Cosmic Storm
Cosmic Storm requires Prestige 8 + Rank 100 to buy or apply. The realistic acquisition paths:
- Enchant books — the intended path. Level-1 books drop from the rarest crate tiers (Godly+) and trade on the Auction House. Fuse two same-level books for +1 (guaranteed through level 5, then failure risk above).
- The
/enchantmenu — buy directly with Auctoritas. The 500,000-token base cost and ×3.0 scaling make direct purchase very expensive (see below). - Books cannot bypass the gate. Even with a book, you cannot apply Cosmic Storm below Prestige 8 / Rank 100.

Cosmic Storm is the most expensive enchant in the game. Most players fuse books to level 3 or 4 and stop, since the marginal payout gain per level is smaller than the cost jump.
Strategy
- Save it for the center of a rich vein. A 30×30 clear on stone is a waste; position yourself in the densest part of a high-tier mine so the 900 blocks cleared are high-value ores.
- Stack prestige first. Because payouts scale with prestige, Cosmic Storm at Prestige 8 pays several times what it pays at Prestige 5. Do not buy it until you are at or near the gate.
- Pair with Jackhammer. Jackhammer clears horizontal layers on its own proc; together a single mining session can drop thousands of blocks in seconds.
- Do not combine with Nuke. Nuke resets the mine, which can scatter you away from the vein Cosmic Storm was about to clear. Run one or the other.
- Use it for Civitas farming. Since it is the only all-currency clear, it is the fastest legitimate path to topping up your legion beacon balance for vault upgrades.
